§2  CATEGORIES OF DATA

Depending on use of the Website, the Company may process:

•          limited payment metadata from the payment gateway — payment status, masked card details, card brand, issuing country and transaction references.

§3  HOW DATA IS COLLECTED

Personal data is collected when the Customer registers an account, places orders, submits contact forms or messages, and through cookies and analytics tools operating on the Website, as detailed in the Cookie Policy.

§4  PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Data is processed to deliver digital goods and complete transactions, to prevent fraud and verify identity, to provide customer support, to comply with legal and anti-fraud obligations, and to improve the Customer's experience and the Website's functionality.

§5  LAWFUL BASES

Processing rests, as applicable, on the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests (including fraud prevention and security), and consent where the law so requires.

§6  PAYMENT CARD DATA

Full card details are never collected or stored on the Company's systems; they are handled solely by a PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment gateway. Customer card data is not sold.

§7  DISCLOSURE OF DATA

Personal data is disclosed only as necessary — to the payment gateway, hosting and IT providers, security and anti-fraud services, customer-support tools, professional or regulatory advisers, and public authorities or courts where the law requires. Personal data is not sold, nor shared for unrelated third-party marketing.

§8  INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom, the Company applies safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations, the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

§9  SECURITY AND ENCRYPTION

The Website employs TLS/SSL encryption to protect personal data in transit. The Company further applies access controls, secure transmission practices, logging, monitoring and data minimisation. Payment security is reinforced by the use of a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway.

§10  RETENTION

Transaction data is retained for six (6) years for accounting and legal-compliance purposes. Technical data is retained for up to twelve (12) months. Data no longer required is securely deleted or anonymised.
